We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our members and visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists. We maintain e-mail communication via newsletter to those attending CIBOR-sponsored events with information provided by the attendee. Mailing lists are managed internally by CIBOR staff. We may use personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, but we do not disclose such marketing information to a third party. On occasion, will send invitations and special offers to our mailing list from our members or sponsors. CIBOR.org manages these messages.

When you apply for or renew your membership, purchase event tickets, or otherwise place an order on CIBOR.org, we may need to know your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, credit card number, expiration date and the items you wish to purchase. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. CIBOR.org uses third party merchant services for credit card processing that utilize the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent for processing. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
On occasion CIBOR.org publishes photos from public events and by user submission. Removal of photos of specific persons can be completed on an as-requested basis by e-mailing the address below.
